Just Heard On ESPN
[UPDATED]Redskins announce MRI shows a sprain, no “serious” ligament damage. It could have been worse. Mike Shanahan will speak more on it tomorrow.
I just heard on ESPN that the MRI on RGIII’s knee is negative. Sounds like good news but we’ll still wait and see.

The Ravens Are Hightlighting The Injury To RGIII
I’m not kidding. If you go to the Ravens official website and look at the video section, they have a video there titled “Highlight: Ravens Knock RGIII Out of Game”. I have never seen an NFL team highlight injuring an opposing player. Below is a direct link to their “Highlight” video:

Jason Reid of the Washington Post is reporting that it is likely that Chris Samuels will retire because of a serious neck injury. The Redskins have been waiting awhile to get diagnosis on Samuels. I’m glad he’s choosing to retire instead of risking further injury to his body.
