Redskins Lose To Giants

The Redskins lost to division rival the New York Giants 27-23. The Redskins took the lead late in the game going up 23-20 but the defense allows Eli Manning to throw a 77 yard touchdown to Victor Cruz giving the Giants the lead back with just over a minute to play. Santana Moss fumbled the ball giving the win to the Giants.

This was a costly loss for the Redskins. TE Fred Davis is lost for the season with an Achilles injury and LB London Fletcher has a hamstring issue. The severity of the hamstring injury is unknown at this time.
