Three Redskins Make Pro Bowl
The Redskins will send three players to the Pro Bowl this year. Rookie quarterback Robert Griffin III earned his first Pro Bowl in his rookie season. Left tackle Trent Williams and linebacker, special teams ace Lorenzo Alexander will be joining him on the NFC squad. Griffin has had a great rookie season whether the Redskins make the playoffs or not. He has delivered the goods and we should be set at the Quarterback position for a long time.
Left tackle Trent Williams has done a great job this season especially considering the issues he faced last season. He seems to have his head in the right place now and that is great for the organization, team and fans of the Washington Redskins.
Lo Alexander brings the wood on every special teams play. When you suddenly see a runner look as though he’s run into a wall, you can best believe that wall has a name and it’s Lorenzo Alexander. Here’s to hoping he gets a chance to lay some of that wood on Tony Romo this weekend.
Redskins Linebacker London Fletcher and Runningback Alfred Morris were named as alternates on the NFC squad.
Congratulations to all of the players and Hail To The Redskins!!!
