London Fletcher 99% He’ll Retire After The Season

Posted by: hail2skins on Wednesday, December 18th, 2013

London Fletcher announced today that he’s 99% sure this is his last season in the NFL.  He said he left 1% out there just in case he changed his mind.  He said he came back this year to help develop Perry Riley and he feels Perry Riley is where he needs to be as a player.   London also stated that he hoped Shanahan could return to finish.

We at hailRedskins.com would like to say thanks to London Fletcher for the 7 years he wore the Burgundy and Gold.  He was a class act both on and off the field and hopefully some of his class rubbed off onto the younger players in the locker room.

London, we wish you nothing but the best and once again, Thanks for being the player you were in the Burgundy and Gold.  HTTR!!!
