Free Agency: Hackett To Visit

DJ Hackett, Seattle WR, will visit the Redskins on Thursday according to Redskins.com. Hackett is 26 and listed at 6′2″ and weighs 208 lbs. He was a 5th round draft pick with the Seattle Seahawks in 2004 so he’s familiar with the west coast coast offense that Zorn wants to run here in Washington.

He has not generated a lot of interest in free agency due to his injuries last season. Teams that showed interest in him, according to his agent, were Tampa, Washington and Buffalo. It is also a possibility that Hackett could re-sign with the Seahawks.
