The Redskins 2012 Regular Season Schedule
The NFL released the 2012 regular season schedule yesterday and the Redskins have a somewhat easy schedule based on their opponents win-loss record for last season. The Redskins will face their division rivals as usual. They’ll face the Superbowl Champions in week 7 in New York. The Redskins will open their season on the road against the New Orleans Saints. I’m not even going to go there in terms of the issues with the Saints.
The Redskins will have 5 road games and 4 home games before the bye in week #10. They’ll also play 5 out of 7 divisional games after the bye. Our young QB, whoever that is, will face off against Cam Newton and the Panthers in week #9 (Oct 4). That should be an interesting matchup. Everyone believes it will be Robert Griffin III vs Cam Newton. Raheem Moore has probably already circled week #4 (Sep 30) when we face the Buccaneers on the road. I’m sure he’ll have our secondary ready to play hard, solid and CLEAN football.
Oh, we play the Ravens in week #14 at Fedex Field.
