Jim Zorn - Head Coach
	Jim Zorn became the Redskins head coach on February 9, 2007.  He was originally hired as the offensive coordinator but was offered the head coach job by Daniel Snyder.  Zorn, 54, was the quarterback coach for the Seattle Seahawks for 7 years (2001-2008). Zorn played quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks in their inaugural season in 1976 and went on to play 9 season for the Seahawks.  After Seattle, Zorn had stints with the Green Bay Packers, Canadian Football league and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. When his playing career was over, he coached in the college ranks for 8 years.  Two of those years (1995-96) was with the University of Minnesota as the quarterbacks coach and from 1992-1994 he was the offensive coordinator for Utah State. His NFL coaching career started in Seattle as an offensive assistant in 1997.  From 1998-2000 he was the quarterbacks coach for the Detroit Lions where he worked with Charlie Batch.  In 2001 he went back to Seattle as their quarterbacks coach.

Greg Blache - Defensive Coordinator
	Greg Blache joined the Redskins in 2004 where he served as the defensive line coach.  On January 26, 2008, he was promoted to defensive coordinator succeeding Gregg Williams who the Redskins decided to let go. Before joining the Redskins, Blache was the defensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears where he built aggressive defenses.  Before joining the Bears, he was defensive line coach in Indianapolis for 5 years (1994-98) and Green Bay for 6 years (1988-93) His coaching career started at his alma mater (Notre Dame) where he was a defensive assistant.  He also coached for Tulane (he's a native of New Orleans), Southern University (Baton Rouge, LA) and the USFL's Jacksonville Bulls.
