How do you get the little pics under your names?

I am a complete moron, i cannot figure out where to go to put a pic under my name and I am getting jealous of all of the pics that you guys are putting out.

Click on "User CP" at the top of the screen...then go to "edit options" and click on "avatar" at the bottom of the screen...from there you can upload a pic or put down a url. I just did it myself :)
