This part stuck out for me:
"Currently Arrington has several issues that seem at least a bit odd:
— He and Poston did not notice the missing money for several weeks. Although they argue that they didn't have enough time to read the final document before signing, it is interesting that they didn't look it over for at least two weeks afterward.
— Poston was sketchy in initial dealings with the NFLPA, according to sources, unable to say exactly where the missing money had been in the deal.
— Arrington now says the money was in a very strange place — a 2006 roster bonus. Trouble is, there's already a 2006 roster bonus in the contract, for $6.5 million as well. It is unclear why the sides would have negotiated a pair of separate, simultaneous roster bonuses instead of simply lumping them together."

Sounds like our friend LaVar has a moron for an agent and he has even fooled LAvar. Or maybe LaVar now sees who screwed up and is trying to keep the blame off of himself for listening to this idiot

Good info. very interesting regarding the bonus. I don't think Poston found it, sounds like Lavar found that the bonus was missing (if it really is missing).

This part kinda scared me:
Injuries accompany the pair of cornerbacks the Redskins signed this week — Ralph Brown and Walt Harris.
Brown recently underwent surgery on the dislocated shoulder that ended his 2003 season. He wasn't to participate in last weekend's minicamp and might not be available until the final offseason sessions in early June.
Harris is even worse off. He recently tore a tendon in his knee and required surgery to reattach it. Don't expect him to see the practice field until training camp.

Brown's shoulder doesn't bother me too much. They probably tightened up some of the shoulder ligaments so that dislocation will be more difficult.
Harris' tendon surgery does concern me. Any time you mess with the knee, you never know how quick the recovery will be, especially for a CB who has to rely on speed and maneuverability. On the other hand, Trotter came back from ACL surgery and had a fine year. So it can be done.

I think Arrington needs to drop his grievance with the team, and file one on his agents.

If healthy they can be good CB's, and I think we signed them to health-based contracts. They are intended to be the 3-5 CB's, so they are less likely to get injured, and if they get, we have a good sec anyways, unless the both get injured, but let's remember that nobody was thinking CB until we saw Brown was signed, so they are a good bonus.

I'm tired of Arringtons constant antics. And he's not that bright either.

The Redskins hate Carl Poston and have said privately that if Winslow II hires him as his agent; they'll pass on him in the draft.
Smoot was smart to dump the guy.
