Yeah I read it thanks for the link...

Umm lets see the Eagles overpay for a DE that has a history fo injuries and pay alot for a WR that is known to be a cancer to teams. Oh yeah they are the big winners.

From his vantage point as Dean of the Division, the only coach in the subset who has been with his current franchise more than one season, the Philadelphia Eagles' Andy Reid has surveyed the NFC East with a rare perspective.

Try 12 years for Gibbs?

I realize what he was trying to say, but does the fat man really expect anyone to believe that Reid has earned the right to even lick the shoes of Gibbs or Parcells?

I do like the article overall though and agree.

THe NFC East should be dominant next year with the possible exception of the Giants.

I doubt we can win the division next year, but I think a wildcard spot is plausible. I also think that both wildcard spots could come out of the NFC East.

2006 my friend will be Joe Gibbs 4th superbowl victory. Mark my words.

Yes, but Pastarelli couldn't go without saying that Snyder overpaid Cornelius Griffin and Springs.

"As usual, Snyder overpaid for veterans like defensive tackle Cornelius Griffin and cornerback Shawn Springs."

I think he did, and the Eagles did not with Kearse.... yeah, right.

"There's always bad blood (among) the four teams," said defensive tackle Cornelius Griffin, who defected to the Redskins from the Giants earlier this month. "Every game in the division, well, it's going to be a war."

I really like this quote.

Until we shut up Pasta on the field, he will continue to use his computer against us.

There will be a lot of teams who play the NFC East that will dread those weeks. Except for the Giants there will be alot of pain inflicted.

The only thing that Pasta-the-Hut go right is that the Eagles are the team to beat this year. But finally Andy Reid has a real coaching competition on his hands vs. some of the 'weak sister' knuckleheads that he faced over the last few years............ Beating Spurrier was like clubbing a baby seal for crips sake - so easy it was embarrassing.........

Now Reid is about to get a rude awakening. He is good but NOT at the level to out-coach Gibbs and Parcells; which is ultimately why the Beagles choke in the playoffs.

The NFC East is back and the easy ride for the Philadelphia Eagles is over.

Hail to the Redskins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
