at least i'm joining a redskins' fans group. Hope it's a nice one, seems to be...

well as it seems difficult to see it through the members list, I'd like to know if there are other worldwide fans over there, and how the handle to get info and to share with other fans. I would sure be delighted to discuss anything with Washington area fans too !

Hope I will come day to the Capitol city and see the Redskins fight for old DC !

My girlfriend studied at the university in Rennes last summer. From what I've heard, Rochester, New York and Rennes are sister cities. My school gets a lot of students from Rennes and this one jerk of an economics professor that taught me last semester (sorry to vent but he scared the hell out of the class by telling us that he wasn't going to curve grades. We all thought we were going to fail seeing as the highest grade was about 50%). Do you have any ties to the states or are you just a skins fan from overseas? Welcome

I've been to Rochester back in 1984. It was a hockey exchange between Rennes and Rochester cities, as I was a bantam player. I've been to NYC 6 yrs ago, during a trip to Montreal to see a true friend and ex hockey and football teammate.

Thats pretty cool about the hockey exchange...I've never heard of anything like that. But yeah, rochester has some good hockey. I was totally unprepared to play when I moved here from Washington...I made the college team, but never got onto the ice for a shift and left the team 2 years ago. And to think that I was one of the better players from the Washington area.

just as ISF (My father was born in Italy), I began to rout for the redskins the day I saw my first live NFL game on TV, and it was the Great SB XXII, back in 1988.

That 2nd Quarter made me crazy, and since then I've never, and will never, stop to be a Redskins' fan.

I went to the American Bowl between the 49ers and the Skins. It was a great day if not a great game. Been to France so many times it is hard to count, best time was for France 98, travelled around with three friends, ending up with being in Paris when France won the final, what a party.

Concerning the France 98 party, I think french people have never been so crazy since WWII ending, (thanks to allies, a thing french people has a tendency to forget nowadays.) I still remember ech and one second of that night.

when i lived in mexico...around....'95 i went to the Houston Oilers vs. Dallas Cowboys game in Mexico. in the Estadio Azteca i think... it was fun. It was the record for an NFL game in terms of attendance. i wonder if that record still stands...
