I agree, and would take it even further up the chain if proven that this was part of the system.

The one that provided the evironment for these absues to occur. The Chain of Command that instituted and made these reserve units do this. The Intellegince community that is clearly out of control.

PSF...these the only guilty ones in your mind or did you just not list the actual perpetrators because we already had?
