And don't do this for you. Do it for me. Frankly, it's hard work -- exhausting, really -- to hate both Duke and the Lakers at the same time. That's almost nine months a year of corrosive bile and poisonous vitriol, an IV drip of soul-sucking Haterade. Never mind an ulcer: I'm surprised I haven't grown scales and fangs.

Now this is damn good sports writer....:D

Really funny stuff... I understand how it feels to despise Duke and LA so much you start stuttering and foaming trying to explain it. Do you think he's going to go to LA Mike?

I don't think so. But you never know.

I've read where he's really tired of depending on 18 year olds to stay true to their word. Apparently losing Livingston to the NBA really hurt K. And if you think about it, K hasn't really had to worry about losing kids after 1 or 2 years at dook. Atleast not until the last several years.

But this may be about the $$$. I've heard that the Lakers are talking about paying him $8+ million per year. That would be mighty tough to turn down.

So its hard to say really....

It doesn't really matter to me if he goes or not. If he stays its good for the ACC. If he leaves it'll be good for the ACC....

No problem. I don't read the times either. I've never heard of this guy but at the bottom of the article it says he writes for the times...;)
