It'll be more about Gibbs and Co. than last years squad. I love the titles they have for teams that suck like we did last year, I can't wait what they say.

That was my initial thought as well ihatedallas.

But it'll be good to see what they come up with.

I saw this when it was on a week or so ago, and I too was really interested in the spin or title they'd come up with. I thought it'd be something like, "The 2003 Washington Redskins, Nowhere to Go But Up," or "It's Always Darkest Before the Dawn" or "Spurrier Sux Arse." Okay, maybe not that last one.

ANyway, it was actually great! It featured a LOT of stuff about Gibbs and his return and didn't really focus much on the season at all, thankfully. Basically showed the potential the team showed and showed a lot of great Gibbs footage as he returned to the team.

Definitely worth watching.

The 2003 Washington Redskins: "The Little Team That Didn't," or "How Many Ol' Ball Coaches Does it Take to Plug in a Quarterback?"

How about "i'll change nothing and say I will to the press"or "Lets see how tough patrick ramnsey really is?"

The title was something like "2004 season preview". So, yeah, it was much more about the upcoming season than it was about 2003. They did show some highlights from 2003. I tell you, NFL films has a way of making any team look like the best ever. Lots of footage of Coles, Gardner and McCants making spectacular catches, Lavar making great tackles, Smott, Iffy and Bowen's INTs, Bruce's record sack. (After watching Gardner's highlights, shame on us for wanting to trade him). But more of the show was talking about Gibbs and Co. being back, along with the other acquisitions. A lot of clips of interviews with Gibbs, Buges, Brunnell, Jansen. Brunnell sounds super excited to be here. After listening to Buges, I doubt seriously if he will part with Samuels. Called him "real special" or something like that. Buges also mentioned Jansen as being battle tested and R. Thomas as one of the top 5 guards in the league. Gibbs talked about Portis and Brunnell, how Portis is a very special player and how Brunnell is a proven vet so they jumped on those deals when they were available. Also talked about Coles, how tough he is.

They had footage of Portis, Springs, Barrow, Washington, and Brunnell in their previous teams uniforms, making plays. Portis is such a special back, I can not wait to see him run in the B&G. They had footage of Sean Taylor at Miami. Footage of Gibbs and Buges and the players at the minicamps going through drills.

Great show. Again, the way it was put together, you would think we had an awesome team last year and will have the best team in NFL history in 2004.

CarMike- Thanks much for the Heads Up!

Oh how it has burned my a$$ for many years now when I watch the highlights for any other NFL team - you know - they always seem to show that teams best performance against - guess who !?!?

That stops this year!!!

NO more are we going to be the team that gave it to the other guys!
NO more watching, and this is the one that pains the most, the highlights of the NFC East and see our Beloved Team getting it's butt kicked!
NO more listening to the voice over describe how so and so had a great play or game against Us!
No No No more !
