He's gone for the first 3 games, including the big opener vs. USC, the Hokies might be in trouble now that they lost a huge playmaker.

I think he got arrested with possession of marijuana and speeding, or something like that.

Well, Va Tech and Miami sure know how to make an entrance into the ACC...

Its only been a week since they joined the ACC and look whats going on. Willie Williams and Marcus Vick.....

I think VaTech is better off with Randall under center, could turn out to be a blessing for the team if he gets all the snaps.

Sorry hokies fans but hes a BUST. I havent seen too much besides his name that would justify him taking playing time from Randle last year. He's done.

Nah he's pretty good. I've seen a lot from him and he was only a freshman. If he shapes up and keeps his nose clean he could be very, very good.

100% agree. Marcus Vick's future was at WR or RB anyway. He is really nothing like his brother in the QB department. VA tech was forcing him into that role, IMO.

I too think that Randall is a better pure quarterback. Athletically Marcus was superior but I don't think he had the head on him to lead a team. Vick definately has star potential in many roles, his speed and strength are great for WR or RB

Thing is I was hoping we could have some nice plays with both of them in the backfield, but eh, he's got discipline issues.

the new NCAA game seems to have a pretty high rating for vick, is he really that good or is he over rated because he's related to Mike Vick and they're automatically saying he's good because of that (like a certain Giant QB...)

I don't think his arm or mind are as good, but he is very close in speed and strength.

He is VERY fast and in one game I remember he crushed a linebacker (I believe it was Miami). This guy came in for a tackle and MV just bowled him over, it was beautiful.

He has the physical talents to be a great NFL player, but somewhere he lost some brain cells (then again, marijuana can do that to you).

Why not at QB?
He can play QB when Randall's gone, for now Randall is a better QB, and our wide receivers suck.

Yeah I agree with you there, but others are saying play him at WR. Marcus has a cannon just like his brother that can't be wasted. It would be a shame if he's not playing QB in the NFL when it's all said and done.
