Did anybody watch the Sr. British Open this weekend. I don't usually watch Golf on TV, but I watched this. The reason was because they were playing at Royal Portrush, which is a course I had the distinct pleasure of playing a few years back.
On Saturday, the wind was whipping. There were a couple of players wearing winter hats. There were occasionaly squalls of rain blowing in off the water. It was just like the day I played. Only two golfers finished their round under par.
That is probably my favorite course that I have ever played, and is without a doubt the most memorable round I have ever played.
