I'm assuming you mean Who, but I think it will definately be Portis, by a mile. A very distant second will be whichever of our very capable QB's (come on Ramsey...) starts this year.

Is this for the entire league or just the Skins? I think Portis has some tough competition with Holmes, A. Green, Holt, Moss, Vick, Manning ... there are plenty of guys that can take that prize.

If its the league then it's most definately going to be a QB. But for the Skins, it's gonna be Portis.

For us, there's no doubt it will be Portis. He will be the key to this entire offense... if has a 1800+ yard season... watch out.

that is funny. we got mark brunell and clinton portis, the cowboys got vinny testaverde and eddie george. thats a landslide victory for us.

Portis seems to have PS' edge, but I'd love to see a OL as the team MVP, that would mean a lot about that line work through the season, and I expect a lot of good work from them.
