This is just classic:Bush Insists His Administration Seeking 'new Ways to Harm Our Country'
The Associated Press
WASHINGTON (AP) - President Bush offered up a new entry for his catalog of "Bushisms" on Thursday, declaring that his administration will "never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people."
Bush misspoke as he delivered a speech at the signing ceremony for a $417 billion defense spending bill.
"Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we," Bush said. "They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we."
No one in Bush's audience of military brass or Pentagon chiefs reacted.Of course they didn't react. Those people are around Bush all the time and they're used to his mangling of the English language.

While it is pretty funny, it is also obvious that he was saying the government is thinking new ways for out enemies to harm us. I think the AP ran a little fast on calling that a Bushism.

The constant complaints about Bush's missteps are quite humorous....I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that Bush won and Gore lost and Democrats just cant get over the fact that they once again were LOSERS!

'Evil Bush' ... is that anything like 'Bizzaro Superman'?
nice...reminds me of my pastor in jr high...was praying along about smiting the devil and what not and he began his good old fashion charismatic "talk to the devil prayer" and said "and Lord, I cast you out of this building as we gather tonight!" classic...even better for a 13 year old kid

I'll be the groom was praying for that too.
My favorite line ever on that subject comes from an episode of "Family Guy," when a porno movie producer tells Lois she's hot and asks her if she'd like to do a little 'girl-girl' action for his next movie.
Peter's reply: "Good luck, pal. I've been barking up that tree for 17 years."

At my wedding the priest offered the following blessing(curse) over my wife and I
"God we ask .....
that their sorrows be doubled and their joys be halved...
Amen"
My wife and I looked at each other and said "WHAT?!?"
When we got back from our honeymoon, my dad was in the hospital, and my wife had lost her job.
Shortly thereafter, we explained to the priest what he had said and asked him to remove the curse, which he happily did.

Yeah, I was right. Jacob Weisberg of Slate, inventor of Bushisms, is billing it as the Bushism of the Year. (http://slate.msn.com/id/2104811/)

WON?? Bush was selected, not elected. Your blindness doesn't change that fact.

Michael Moore is kicking his enormous self because that quote would have been perfect for the end of his movie.
