Did anyone hear what Selig had to say about why he hasn't decided to move the Expos? The groups aren't ready and there is much to prepare?

Let's see: D.C. has a stadium, all the parking and road infrastructure plus the public transportation all laid out. The team could play next year immediately and then let the city build a long-term stadium.

That's terrible. I have very little respect for Bud Selig and I don't think he's done much of anything that's good for baseball.

Angelos is worried about losing his NOVA and DC fans....well, he'd take a minute and think about it...he losing them by the day. I for one have completely stopped following them. I wouldn't go to a O's game if someone gave me tickets.

I won't line his pockets with my money...

I REFUSE to watch baseball until I get a team. I have gone from a sem-support of the orioles to a hatred almost as hot as the one I have for the cowgirls. It's sad too because I had just started to enjoy watching baseball in the last two seasons. I would be an AVID fan of a DC baseball team and would go to a LOT of games. I'll will not support the orioles by attending their games.
