How do you make a picture come up every time you post and how do you get that signature thing down at the bottom?

Look toward the top left of the page...you will see a link entitled; "User CP".

Click it...

Then follow the instructions for selecting an avitar (picture next to name) and creating your signature.

If I have a picture saved as a Word file how do I add it as my avatar it says it is not the proper format.

I am pretty sure the avitars can only be in the GIF or JPG format.

If your picture is in a word document, simply right click the picture and save it to your hard drive as a gif or jpg file. THen upload it from your User CP.

yeah, you cant do it from word, just save the picture as a jpg or gif and then upload it straight from that

just right click on it, click save as, and then you should have a pull down bar underneath the name you want to save it as
