i turn the fatigue off in the games and the starters play the whole game, I was wondering in anyone keeps it the fatigue on. If so how is that going, do you have to sub out players who are tired or do they do that automatically. And does anyone think its important to have fatigue on to develop other players.

i think fatigue is vital. if not, you could give a star RB 50+ carries. i love thinking about different formations and subs with a goal to keep good players ready for key plays.

I haven't played this years Madden, but I think fatigue makes the game more realistic, and develops rookies and players in general.

I play with fatigue on. It means that if you run your RB ragged, you should have a backup who can run or you will have to pass a few plays until he can come back.

I never have fatigue on. I never tried it so I can't say if I like it or not.

I play as most realistic as possible. I'm a HUGE madden head, in fact I'm playing as I write this message. I leave fatigue on because of realism, this way my backup RB (John Simon, because I refuse to play Betts) gets a few carries here and there.

yeah, in fact i think the fatigue isnt realistic enough. portis will run his ass off, and only sit out for one play? i dont think so, i wanna let him get a breather. i want a little more subbing too actually.

only time they sub out is when portis does consecutive 20 yard runs

I use the fatige on madden also. It make the game more challenging. Makes guys more apt to fumble too.

If you want the guys to get subbed more often you can adjust the substitution meter and make the players substitute sooner. I have friends that do that.

calling multiple offensive audibles makes the fatigue of the defense increase dramatically... if you're playing somebody online and he does this just call a defensive audible (have somebody blitz or something) and then your fatigue will be back to normal... the aforementioned strategy works great against the computer on All-Madden though (ill take any advantage i can get, those guys are killing me :banghead:

i turned up the % where the CPU will auto sub guys out b/c they'll play the starters at like 65% (or something low). i put it at 80% and sub back in at 85%.

Having it off is cheating.....simple as that. Just think if that was possible in real life u would have to be a robot....there arent any robots in the nfl so yeah its not fair.
