Since Fred Smoot was drafted in the 2nd rd of the 2001 draft which 2nd or 3rd round player has been the best pick by the Skins.

I got to go with my man Dockery what a 3rd round steal he was, I think in a year or 2 he will be in the top 10 guards in the NFL.

i agree. cooley might be a close second, but dock is definitely #1 in my book.

Cooley has yet to play a real game so I'm going with Dockery - he should be a really good player, he's huge!

I would also have to say dockery the man is a great guard for a third round pick but also cooley was a close second but I havn't seen him in a clutch real game situation yet.

Of course, Dockery, so far. A bit early for this question, however.

Dockery...russels cut, bauman may be cut, betts is hurt everytime he plays, and jacobs moved down to 5th in the depth chart.Cooley is hard to judge, seeing that he hasn't played a game yet.

Yeah that's right... I'm the one that said Cooley. Just wait, he will be great!

Dockery will be a force in this OL.

dockery, since he's really actually played. colley/jacobs/russell are all no. when betts and bauman did, nothing special.

Dockery because he's starting for us. None of the other players have either lived up to expectations or been healthy enough to play.

Bauman becuase he's the only proven one of the bunch. I know he's a reasonably solid #3/#4 CB. Dockery and Cooley I suspect can become great but they haven't done enough for me to say that they will be great or that they are great. With Bauman at least, you know exactly how much he's capable of.

where's smoot?

oooo yea he was a second wasn't he...i change my vote to smoot!

Dockery is the only choice. One guy listed has already been cut (Russell) and a few others are borderline busts. Since Dockery is the only one in the starting lineup, I think its an easy choice.

my bad, need to read more thoroughly, i pick dockery thus far because he's shown that he can be a starter and IMO he'll be a great Dirtbag. After that it'll probably be Cooley but I don't know yet, the season needs to start before I commit myself to a player!

Dockery is the only one in the bunch that has cracked the starting lineup and proven he can play the position. Cooley will have ample opportunity to do the same.
