sorry..lol

i voted average becuase i think he will just be in the middle class of quarterbacks.I dont see him going to the probowl but i see him doing enough to keep us in contention. He cant play below average becuase ram's right there waiting for a chance

That would be the one that says "leads skins to be nfc champs" :) ,unless you think we'll get wild card

There aren't enough choices. There sould've been "above average and playoffs." Or "above average and no playoffs."

i voted out by week 8 because, how long has it been since he played a full season. really, im curious. i have no idea, mostly because the most i knew about brunell was what i saw in madden. i hope he can exceed my expectations, he seems like the confidant talented veteran gibbs was looking for.

Average QB to above average numbers. I think the skins will be competitive but fall short of a wild card spot. Which has nothing to do with Brunnell and more to do with just the team gelling together.

i think it was 2 years ago when he played a full season, but last year was BS because the franchise wanted to hurry up and bring leftwich in. I voted average, thats all we need. Offenses that are going to focus on time of posession and running the ball only need an average QB that won't make mistakes and can dump off the ball to our play makers.

AKA the average quarterbacks the two super bowl contenders had last year in Brady and Jake. Neither is spectacular, but neither makes the mistake that loses their team the game.

I voted average.
I will be pleased if he's a Brad Johnson type of QB, not extraordinary, but reliable and not mistake-prone. So if he's average like that, we can make the playoffs, and then...

He has played below average during the preseason and is coming off a below average year. I think Gibbs&Co can jump start him somewhat. I'm saying average but hope Burnell can get back to where he was a couple of years ago.

...and then, once you get to the playoffs, anything can happen. i think he will be accurate on short and once in a while he'll get a clean shot down the field. the consistency and accuracy he showed in that 7 for 9 outting against miami is what i'm expecting. lots of passes to backs and hbacks and the occasional shot down field like the one he hit mccants on, and he'll be more than capable of leading the team and moving the chains. i voted "leads skins nfc east champs" but i dont think it'll take an extraordinary effort to do that, just solid, accurate, smart, effective, leadership.

i think he with the exception of the running. that part of his game will hopefully be very limited.

I agree with Redwolfe. Above average QB leading us to wildcard game in the playoffs. This will mostly be a running offense. Brunnell will make a lot of short passes to WR or H-Back or the RB. Very occassional long pass.

Since Gibbs will always be working on good pass protection AND because this will be a running offense w/ short passing AND because Brunnell has decent mobility, I could see Brunnell playing a whole season. I just don't see him getting sacked that much.

Even if Brunell is average it's just because Portis is having an MVP season. I can't wait to see Brunell I think he'll surprise a lot of folks.

If he stays healthy and plays to his proven ability, he should be able to lead us to a divisional championship. I still feel, even though the competition is stiffer, that the other teams in the division are overrated, and we are severly underrated. Mark has the ability to do this, and I'm hoping he steps up and makes it happen.
