Do players sign autographs during warmups? Just wanted to know...After my son finds out he's going to the game tommorow to see vick, he may ask me can I try to get his autograph...I don't think he'll even play much. Do fans normally get autographs of players during the game?....or am I just dreaming...

No, I don't believe so. You can try to get to the stadium very very early and catch them as the arrive or wait until after the game and catch them when they leave

If you're close enough to the benches they may sign something during the game, but otherwise you should probably plan to arrive very early and catch them during warmups. Let us know if you get Vicks signature!

i always go to the game early to watch warmups and take pictures and players RARELY sign during this time. i've seen morton and mccants sign, but not many. mccants threw his warmup gloves to a couple kids. he seems like such a great guy. i would definitely wait after the game by the away team bus and try to get it there.

When I was a kid, we used to wait by the players entrance to get autographs after the game was over. Generally, the players are pretty good about it, but you have to be quick and close, in that they usually will sign while they walk, but not stop. Also doesn't hurt to have a cute kid holding out the pad and pen.
Good luck

Yeah, I think the cute kid with the sad face is the key. Maybe even have the kid scream out to the player. Hey, your payin' for his college tuition, you might as well use him for his cuteness while you can.

or a hot young chick showing a little skin. we had dugout seats to a phillies game a girl was showing it all trying to get randy wolf's phone number... he asked if she was even 16. it was hysterical b/c she and her friends were persistent!
