How do u put a picture that u see on a website in my avatar or sig? what if its too big, how do u shrink it?

Well, linking a picture from a site can be accomplished by using the IMG and /IMG surround with brackets [] and including the URL to the actual picture. it would look something like [ i m g] www.whatever.com/picture [ / i m g].

Of course you would take all the spaces out.

A lot of sites don't like it when you link to their pictures because you're stealing bandwidth away from them. Sites only get a certain amount each month and when they see someone stealing it, they're unhappy. We've seen it here before when a user linked to picture from another site and they changed the pic to state "stop stealing my bandwidth". Alot of people do it but it isn't appreciated.

As for resizing a pic, you need software which allows you to edit pics.
