for the excellent job you did in organzing hailRedskins.com's 2nd Annual Tailgate Party. My man, you did a great job and I know it took alot out of you but you did it. Another great big hug and thanks goes out to Keisha (Kenny's wife) for making sure we all had something to eat.
DJ once again, thank you man for the work you did with the badges.
I wanna thank my bro (Axe) for the Jamaican Rum that we used for toasting our victory over the Bucs.
I also wanna thank each and every member who was able to make. Too many to name but I know I had blast meeting and talking with all of you and I know other band members enjoyed it as well.
I'd also like to thank those members who did make it but kept the board alive by posting in the official game thread keeping members uptodate on what was going on. Hopefully one day, we'll have everyone out and that would be sweet.

Absolutely terrific Tailgate! It gets better each year. I enjoyed meeting so many people here, just makes it closer and more family oriented. It was also great to see some old friends from last year. You guys and gals are truly the best damn Redskins this Earth has seen!
Kenny and Mike, super kudos to both of you. Your hard work, dedication, and the excellent chefs you are was simply awesome. Keisha makes the meanest sausages around and is a terrific, terrific host!
To all who played a role in planning and to all who attended, hats off to you, and a great big THANKS

Anyway, I had a great time! You guys are the best, always showing huge amounts of love! I especially enjoyed talking to Keino's dad! A wonderful experience to talk to an "old timeskins" fan!
I wish I had time to talk about everyone individually, but i gotta go to work in a bit...
Thanks for everything! I love this place and I love all of you guys! I can't wait until the pictures start going up...hope the rolling pin photographed well... :D

First, I hope everyone made it home safely!!!!!
For those of you who couldn’t attend, it was absolutely amazing. Good times, great food, outstanding company, and a Redskins VICTORY – what more could an hR member ask for.
AND to Kenny & Keisha, Mike – you guys are just awesome........ :honor:
It was so great to get a chance to talk with everyone, share a beer (or 12) , and be together as a group. Thank you ALL for a great time. I’m already counting the days until hRTGIII.

Many thanks to those who worked hard to put it together. It was great to put a face on everyone that I've been talking to for 2 years now. I am amazed that there are so many kind Skins fans on one board. A memorable time...

What more can I say,....... Kenny, you are a true "Brotha from anotha motha" (Keisha is the sister,... so is Trina). You kept my friends happy and I appreciate everything. A dallas fan could attend our tailgate and leave "Forever Changed". They would probably leave with Redskins face paint or something. There is sooooooo much Luv around this board. It is hard to discribe. Trust me, this is coming from a guy who "Does Not!!!" watch games with anybody. You all make the experience unforgetable.
PSF, Hail, CarMike, Mom, Patrick, AXEGRINDER, Keino, Ole Times, NamVet (and wifey)...thanks for the ride to the vehicle this year, Spence, Skinzaholic, Joedaschmoe, Carmelo,.... man I can't remember everybody that I kicked it with, (lets just say Carona 1,2,3,4,5,6...).
The jerk chicken was off the chain,......again.
In a phrase,.........."I Luv Everybody".
Next Year, Next week,...... Im in!!!

You guys are more then welcome.
I tried to provide you with what you paid for. It was my pleasure to give you guys a great time. Just like last year, my wife deserves credit then I could possibly bestow upon her. She was a great cook and host, and without her I couldn't possibly have been able to walk around and drink as many Coronas as I did.:D
It was great meeting some of guys for the first time: Axe, SkinsKY, Skinzaholic, Shaggy, Carmelo, LaVarPa, Apache, fentonator, Skins57, General Disorder (I missed hockeygoalie29).
And then, the Tailgate "vets": dj_stouty(great job with the tags again this year), Hailyeah, AGG(and hubbo), Keino, NamVet(and Roz), LuvSkins17, Patrick, pa_elwayfan, JoeDaSchmoe, and my partners in crime PSF, CarMike, Spence and h2s.
I'm already planning next year's gathering. Bigger and better, bigger and better!!!

Thanks to Kenny and his wife for the wonderfull tailgate. The sausages were AWSOME! Like last year, I had a blast getting the chance to meet our members face-to-face.
The best part was when SuperSkin made his appearance! He was like a celebrity at the tailgate. He was posing with members and their kids....it was GREAT. BTW - I watched him doing jumping jacks in the endzone for the entire game. Great job!
Kenny and Mike's drum show after the game was amazing. The crowd was going nuts.
I'm sorry I couldn't hang out after the game, but the soon-to-be Mommy made the executive decision to leave, so I couldn't disagree! :D
So...The skins are officially 1-1 during our tailgate. Glad to see the 12th man (including our tailgaters) made a difference in the game.

I had a really nice time at the HR Tailgate for the second straight year. It was great to jabber with everyone including the owners, Tom, Kenny, Mark, Mike D, & Mike P. Jeff, Mike, Luv, Joe, and Shaggy were my high fiving buddies of choice in the stands. They can likely corroborate my story of almost having heart failure after the Portis run. I don't think I've recovered from that particular moment yet. Amazing.
I was unable to stick around until our Funky'2' returned back to the tailgate after the game as Kate and I needed to catch the Metro shuttle back. Unfortunately, that shuttle never came and we had to cab it back to the station again. I'll definitely buy a parking pass next year.
While waiting around for the bus, I was able to see Smoot, Springs, and Samuels walk out after the game and even had my program signed by Buges as he trotted over to the area where I was standing. He had a proud papa grin on his face the whole time.
Overall, another great game experience. Thanks to all.

To Kenny & Keisha - Absolutely fabulous - as expected and delivered with more than anyone could hope for! To the Admins and my fellow mods, any wonder why we have the best damn Redskins MB on the entire web? You guys made it all come together at the Tailgate Party. To all my friends who I met for the first time and renewed acquaintences with this year, Thank You for being there and making it very special for all of us! Roz and I had a blast . . . And it was a great opening day victory, 500th win and the Return of the Lord of the Rings . . . All of you are FAN - tastic!
Thanks again !

I asked her about flowers? I don't remember that. The day was so crazy though I could've done it and not remembered. Man that was the greatest day ever! Kenny and Mike are perfect host and Keisha cooked one helluva meal. And to top it all off, I had the best, most excited, game partner you could ask for. Fent and I had a great time hollering from the very last row in fed ex. I couldn't have asked for a more enthused, fun person to watch the game with. My thanks to you fent. I'm working on pics right now and I'll post some soon. I'm thinking I'll make an aftermath thread to express my total feelings and share pics with you all. Eddie, you forgot to mention that a few minutes later, you confessed that you could also use a nap after we were all yucking it up with Carmelo. Funny Stuff.
I saw you strolling down the ramps with your victory cigar afterward. You should have put it out on those bozos that were shoving each other and making a big spectacle.

'Melo, how's that throat of yours this morning? I'm not answering my phone at all today because people can barely understand me. For all those that have never experienced it I (and i'm sure 'Melo does as well) extend an invitation to watch a game from the very last row. simply amazing to see everything unfold and be up there with some of the crazies. And for the record as far as the naps go, halftime was the perfect length for these two fans to grap some shut eye and prepare for the second half.

You know, my boss answered the phones all day today because I could not speak. The last row in the stadium absolutely rocked. Looks much better than on tv. Actually the other time I was at fed ex I was lower and I like these seats much better. You can see everything very well and it was great.

LOL, I almost forgot about that. Hey, I'm just glad that you broke the curse and you're able to wear the skins colors again.
As for the nap, I completely forgot about the nap at halftime fent. At halftime Fent and I both leaned back against the fence and took a good ten minute nap. I was soooooo tired that I actually managed to fall asleep and Fent had to wake me up at the second half kickoff.

You know what, if I had gotten there earlier I could have stopped by. I was thinking about stopping by after the game, but it was my daughters birthday, so I left a lil earlier than usual.
At least I got to see and hear the band before you all went inside the stadium.
Now, for those HR members that are season ticket holders who sit in section 400 upper level, you still have a chance to meet me because I am always stationed at that gate.
It's not hard to spot me, because I'm usually the one yelling out instructions to the guest...... :)
