The most interesting part to me was that he said he didn't notice any blood and when they took his shirt it tested positive for the women's blood.

I guess we'll never know the complete truth on what happened.

That, and the part about "Michelle" stood out to me.

Maybe he had on a dark shirt, being the reason that he didn't notice any blood, assuming that he was telling the truth.
