bama lost croyle to a knee injury, if it's acl, that changes the west a lot. i'm biased but after seeing lsu, auburn, and bama through 3 weeks, bama's just a step ahead of the others. of course a big part of that is croyle. miami tranfer mark guillion will be good one day, but he's not ready to step in right now. in the east you still have to think it's georgia. tennessee won't be there bc fulmer is a crookedasscoward punk snitch, and team will get the comeuppance . florida looks good and could very well step up if georgia falters.

lsu is in a state of flux...if the qb situation goes unsettled, it will be a long season. however, if jamarcus russell settles into his own, the offense will be super potent

at least russell is a senior with great mobility. if he can learn to hit the side of a barn they'll be in good shape. bama has their hopes hanging on a back-up qb, real trouble against a squad with good cbs, your tigers for instance.

you guys were on a two week b-line to the woodshed before croyle went down. now you probably have the edge. what a mess.

i'm counting on those dudes missing the flight. just saw the highlights, but you guys looked tough against the bulldogs. a fluke hopefully. the sc fans and ole miss fans have always been classy in my experience. likewise for the sooners. tennessee, miss state, auburn, and georgia fans could disappear from the faceof the earth for all i care. useless

our third and fourth string RBs could start just about anywhere else in the SEC. If Summers doesnt miss alot of time, he'll probably be 2nd team SEC.

i can't think of any conferences that consistently produce quality rbs as much as the sec does. just look at auburn. last year they had 3 top tier rbs. jacobs had to transfer to ge playing time. awhile back someo ne posted a list of the top 10 rbs in the nfl--i think 6 or 7 were from the sec.

I'll take my Vols!

I think Auburn was extremely lucky to get a second chance on that extra point. That same call is not made if it's in LSU.

I agree. but at the same time everyone knew the game came down to the extra point, and certainly LSU was of the mind to leave it all on the field. I don't thimnk it's too surprising a call

these 4 things i know are true:

! hogs drop a close one in the swamp

!!! auburn roughs up the vols like gas station one-ply on a flaming hemorrhoid

! for my godson tigerskin, purple and gold spoil title hopes for the dawgs, but then everyone goes out to the uga student-run stripclub and lapdances make the loss earier to swallow

!!!! the underdog tide pieces together enough of a passing game to run all over the gamecocks in the 'loosa. look for the tide to pick up 200+ on the ground. jeah

Should Ron zook be looking over his shoulder yet ? Time to look for another job maybe ? And who think's Auburn will run the table ?

I don't think auburn will run the table ,gators lose to M.S. bulldogs Zook may be done.

I think that Auburn does have a chance to run the table, though they may lose the SEC championship game.

I think Florida will do darn near anything to get Spurrier back.

Zook is teetering on the edge right now, but I think when my Cocks beat them(Koy Campbell looks more and more every week like Sean Taylor and the defense is unbelievable), he's finished, because the best bowl they can get would be INdependence or Houston. Auburn can run the table, if they can go into Rocky TOp and smack Tennessee,, they can handle Georgia at home. And it will probably Auburn/Tenn in the SEC championship game.

auburn won't beat the tide. it's not in me to say otherwise. i really hope they beat GA so they'll be undefeated going in. i have my plane ticket. i have my game ticket. 16-13. The TIDE!!! Too much D.

I'm kinda thinking that may happen as well , Auburn may over look Bama as the Caines did the tar hills, big mistake if they do.
