View Full Version : The Wire
This HBO series is one of the best (if not THE best) cable television program I've ever watched. It's so pure and realistic and every episode holds something important. The characters are almost real-life, the arguement is profound and compelling. It's true, if you miss at leat 2 episodes you probably wont understand a thing. The way this program shows you the war between the drug underworld (and other criminals as well) vs. the police department just blows my mind.
Does anybody else watch it?

One of my co-worker's son stars on that show.
Tre Chaney (Poot is his character's name).

I watched it the first year, unfortunately I no longer have HBO. It was a great show though.

I love this show, plain and simple. I don't think I've missed one episode since it began.

I boycott HBO due to their overt attempts to vilify the gun/firearms industry. At least they did 10 years ago. Haven't watched it, or paid/subscribed to it, since then.
