congrats to Tim (his boys can swim!) and his beautiful wife. i'm glad they are part of the Redskins family, and well on their way to adding a new member to the family as well. i sincerely hope all goes well for them. i would say it's time for another HR card, but i doubt Tim and his wife would appreciate these comments, unless they have a really great sense of humor. maybe after the baby is born we could get together a congrats card.
