Just wanted to share this little story on evening of the big game. My wife(a cat person... yet we have no cats) called about an add in the paper today, the lady that placed the ad was looking for a home for her 4 month old, full blooded Pomeranian.
My wife went by after work and fell in love with him, she picked my son up and suprised him with the dog in the car. He was estatic to say the least. This is his first dog and my wifes happy because he isnt too large for our 3 bedroom home.
Now let me tell you my son is as big a redskin fan as a 7 year old can be, I share lots of info with him about the team and the coaching staff. And he watched the entire Bucs game with me, all 3 hours, as we cheered on our skins.
So when it came time to name his dog he decided it was only right to give his dog, red in color, the name Joe Gibbs Bateman. We will call him Gibbs for short and although my son has school tomorrow, I'm pretty sure Gibbs and I will see the whole game. Heres to pets and rivalries....hail to the redskins.
