I'm an alumnus and I never noticed that. But, of course, you don't have anything to contradict the study, you just decide it can't be true because it is not what you want to believe.

I personly don't know Spence from Adam, other then he is one of the OWNERS, that he starts like half of the threads here, and that he is a flamming liberal. If he was not one of the OWNERS, I would not care that much of what he posts.

I was doing my best to stay out of this one but low and behold here i am, i have read alot of the posts on this thread (till you guys went off on the censored by spence thing) i think i know where skinsfan44 is coming from i feel for him, its not alot of fun when it seems like one person runs the place(spence) or that 70 percent of the threads started are slaming directly or indirectly the party you support, having said that i think at this piont we all know what to expect when you come into this forum, no doubt it is lefty dominated, and if you do not have your facts and sh!t together you better not get involved in a discussion that is heated or not what you think or belive cause you will look like a fool or be torn up. I do not think spence would ban someone for challenging him i have seen alot of people go right at him and nothing happen. I guess what im trying to say is its tuff to be a Republican on this site and all you libs need to keep that in mind, we are by far the less represented group in this place. Sometimes i get real upset at some of the post's i see in here but then i see the same poster in another forum being real funny or makeing a good piont and think that we all love the skins and that no matter what spence or anyone else writes i still have a vote and i can still do what ever i want so all this is just a bunch of talk, most of the things i have read in here have made me even more conservative then when i first started coming to this site. Furthermore, no punishments are handed down by the Admins until a vote of all five Admins has been taken. I have never banned anyone. The Admins, as a group, have banned members, but always unanimously, and never for expressing legitimate political views. [As you know, we make exceptions for obvious racists, who are likely to be banned immediately. The site would be impossible to maintain in an orderly fashion if we let a bunch of neo-Nazis loose on it.]

Of the 28 threads on the Potomac front page right now, only five were started by me. That less than 18 percent, if my primitive math skills do not fail me. That's not even the most of any one member. If there are more liberals than conservatives in this forum [and I'm not sure I agree with that--I think there are a great many moderates in this country and in this forum who don't like the Bush administration] it is a matter of self-selection. There is no quota for any political group in here. I welcome more liberals in here, I welcome more conservatives in here. I welcome more people who want to discuss policy and politics in a mature and open-minded fashion, whatever their political views.

If the righties in here feel outnumbered, go get more of your own and bring them in here. I'd like that. The more the merrier. But if a lot of righties don't want to bother to come in here, that's not my responsibility or my fault. You kind of do run this forum come on now........I agree with most of what you said but i think you are the most dominate force in this forum, i do not think that is a bad thing just kind of what it is, i do not really care about the out numbering but i do not know how we can get more repubs to come jion us and i do not think it would be our place to try and get people to jion us anyway.
