Has anybody ever read this absolutely crazy book by the author Peter Straub. I'm halfway through it and it's got me trapped. It's sort of a suspense-thriller-horror. It's great. I'm not sure if there's a movie, but it's possible. It's about 4 Vietnam vets who, years after the war, discover that a member from their platoon is still somewhere in Asia killing people and calling himself Koko. They decide to go to Asia to look for him and the rest you have to read... The story is wild, powerful and dark. The characters are unbelievably believable, and the narrative goes straight into their minds in a rare way.
I recomend it to anybody who likes these kind of stories, but it may not be suitable for others.
