Freddy Adu and Child Labor Question

He only played for like 5 minutes last night...we were disappointed, but it got me wondering a strange thing...

The kid is only 15, so how do the Child Labor Laws effect him?

Can he only play a certain amount of time?
I know he's done with school, so do the Laws apply to him anymore?
