I live at the beach, and I love jogging on it. But I have serious knee problems, so I have to limit it. I usually drive to the old quarter of Charleston and walk a couple miles a day.

I do one (1) sit-up a day... first half in the morning... and the second half at night.

Geeeezzzzzzzzzz........ but not to far off. ............ I'm in the gym 5 days most weeks. Bad knees/feet (martial arts has taken it toll) but still run 1 mile a day and weight-train 4 days/wk.
