Per Foxsports radio rumor, NC State may get probation by the NCAA due to the fact that Running Back TA McClendon and at least 15 other players have fallen quite a few credits short of being a sophmore, junior, or senior. Seems as if players were playing without taking classes or taking only 3 credits a semster. Foxsports Radio said the NCAA might investigate.... more news to come....

Interesting to say the least....

I know atleast with players at MD they take very few credits during the spring and fall but are loaded up with classes over the winter and summer classes. But 3 credits seems extremely small. Thats only 1 course per semester. I wonder if this would fall under the same punishment as lying about grades?
