The only time I am able to post at work is if I'm working a split shift and can come back to the building to get a break in, which is very rare.

Probably only about 300 of my posts have been made at work.

Home and work. Aside from the occasional nightmare that it's the day of the SATs [or LSATs, it varies] and I haven't studied a bit, I'm done with school.

Of course, there's absolutely no truth in the rumour that most of Axegrinder's posts come from his arse...

What in the wide wide world of sports are you talking about?I have the occasional nightmare that I'm back in school and have not studied for the SATs or LSATs. You've never heard of that? I recall the movie "Top Secret" even doing a joke about it. I know other people who have reported having such nightmares, even if they've been out of school for years, as I have.

Oh yeah, I have those all the time, but mine are that I forgot to register for classes for the last semester, or I can't remember my schedule for the semester, or I managed to miss an entire for the class for the semester, or I haven't started my research paper that is due tomorrow.

Wow, I thought I was the only one who had those kind of dreams. Glad to hear it happens to others.

It's good to be the boss! (At least from the perspective of posting on internet sites and deciding when to come in. But from the other perspectives -dealing with the landlord, the IRS, employees who surf the net during work hours, it isn't always that good.)

I get those too. Mostly that I don't know where my classes are. The whole dream is me walking around looking for my class.

You need to lead by example Mike. Set the expectation up front. Do as you like to have done. Don't be a hypocrite!

We only have one 'puter at work (a bakery). We used to be able to access it, but ever since one of the employees used it to get into a disgusting porno chat room, the boss changed the password and no one but him gets to use it. I'm strictly a home poster!

Another time when it isn't so good to be the boss is when you have to put in 14+ hours days to try and get caught up when nobody else is around. Kind of like yesterday, today, and tomorrow, and maybe even Saturday.

According to your email, there are roughly 10 hours unaccounted for in those long days..........plenty of time to waste in there.
