You guys are lucky. I see all these pics of your trips to the games and it looks great. I've only seen them once and it was in Chapel-Hill, NC in the backyard battle vs. the falcons and of course they lost on my only chance to see 'em. I know I should have made a trek up there by now and its my fault for not doing so, but if you could give me some descriptions of what its like being in the stadium and what you guys enjoy most about being at the games maybe it will motivate me to get up there one day soon.

I'm with you! I live in Cali and I've only seen them once (when they got spanked in Marty's debut in San Diego). You better believe I'm going to the 49er game next month. As long as I live out here I'm gonna make it a point to get to there games on the west coast. Hopefully I'll get some tickets to a 'Skins game in DC. That's my ultimate goal.

Isn't that the way it always is. When you don't have the opportunity to see your favorite team play and then you finally get to go see them they lose on ya.

I only get a chance to see them when they are in Chicago or St. Louis.

I could give you 92,000 screaming reasons why,but it wouldn't do the Redskins experience justice. One small piece of advice:
JUST DO IT!

I was at that game too HAWGZHEAD. I believe it was in 1991. Brian Mitchell took the opening kickoff for a TD. But then the falcons came from behind to win the game in the 4th quarter.
But I have been lucky enough to catch several more games sence then. 3 games at FedEX and 5 games at RFK. Plus two games in Charlotte.
Dude, you just have to do it. The tailgating, the atmosphere of being surrounded by 91,999 other Redskin fans.....its just something you have to do!

Yeah I guess it was '91. I used to have the bumper sticker on my mirror from the game but it must have fallen off. Brian Mitchell, man I almost forgot about that guy.

Something to keep in mind for next season.... The hailRedskins Tailgate Party ..... Next year will be the third edition. Not too long after the season schedule is made offical, one home game will be selected as "The Game". We got members from all over (as far as England) to join us. We want to see it grow, so plan on attending - would be great to have you join us. AND that goes for ALL Out-of-Towners.

Ever since the Panthers came here I can't get a game on T.V. The Skins used to be the local game that took preference over the others.

Being in the stadium just gives me an incredible rush. But HAWGHEAD, your from Ocean Isle Beach? Me and my family have been going there for a week every summer for vacation for 20 or so years.
