Heading into todays game, dook was winless in the ACC. Clemson was coming off of a very big upset of UM.

How would you rate this?

dook 16.....Clemson 13 !!!!

the schizophrenic season of Pickens A&M continues unabated. Beat Miami in Miami one week, lose to Duke in Durham another.

and, im sorry but UNC over Miami is the upset of the year so far.

also, it might not the Upset of today: Wisconsin is losing to Michigan State and Washington is close with California.

but guys, this is dook! lol A team that has won 2 conference games now in like 4 or 5 years....and BC is not a bad team. WVU had already lost a game this year...

MSU has a good team. And even though UNC was the first team to beat UM, we're no dook....

Oh well, its all good though...:D

I would rate it as the end of Tommy Bowden.

UNC over Miami is my pick. Duke finishes with about one win per year so whatever win that is ends up being a huge upset.

hmm..probably not. Especially if they beat South Carolina next week.

Yeah that was a big time upset, especially with the drubbing they took. Kansas almost pulled off a major one as well over Texas. I was pulling for Kansas to hold on cause I'd like to see Utah get a shot at a BCS bowl.

I think they need one of the BCS teams above them to lose. There are 8 openings: USC(probably) vs (probably) Auburn go to the Orange, Oklahoma vs Va Tech(or Miami) in the Sugar, Fiesta will be BC(or West Virginia) vs the top at-large team(Texas or California), Rose will be Michigan(unless they lose to Ohio St) vs the second At-large team(Texas or California). Utah would go to the Liberty Bowl, it isnt fair, but..

I voted niether because I don't think Clemson is all that good. Yeah they beat Miami but if you come back and lose to duke following a win like that it shows me the win over Miami was a fluke.

The biggest upset of the year is that Bunting has this UNC team one win away from bowl eligibiliy and that win could take place against the dukies. I'm feeling very good about things.

Clemson is the most inconsistent team in the nation, and duke has been due for an acc upset after being close for at least 3 quarters in a number of games this season.

alright guys. After a night of sleep, I had time to reflect a little. Everyone is right, except me.....:D

I jumped the gun a little. Clemson surely isn't a powerhouse. I was shocked at how they could beat UM last week and come back and lose to dook.

I think if Kansas held on and upset Texas, that would have matched the UNC upset of Miami....

People, please: It's not "Clemson", it's "Pickens A&M"

and I further think Bowden will stay, the headline in every paper down here was not "Clemson loses to Duke", it was "Florida destroys South Carolina"

akhhorus, why do you call Clempsun "Pickens A&M"? I have seen you use this several times but had no idea who you were talking about....:D

Clemson is located in Pickens, South Carolina. And they were founded as an Agriculture college(which is ironic since their big facility outside Charleston has dead crops always), so the joke here is to call them: Pickens Agricultural and Mining College. It's a slam on them for being a cow college, basically.

I bet the Pickens fans get more upset, especially if you call it: "Clemson Community College"
