Yeah I read this article this morning and I was amazed. I never really thought about how many journeymen we have on this team, yet our defense is still this good. It's truely astonishing. These guys are playing as one on defense.

our quiet, defensive manuevers have worked wonders this year.. is that to Gibbs' credit as team president or G. Williams for wanting these players or Cerrato? i think a mix of all 3 which is a good sign for the FO that they have a braintrust going on instead of 1 man making all the decisions although the final word on players fall on Gibbs w/ the tiebreak going to Snyder.

i'm very happy for guys like Salave'a.. i saw him at a restaurant in Reston eating w/ his fellow Samoan P. Elisara and some family members a few weeks ago. they are HUGE!

This is just like Williams saying he wants "hungry" guys on his team (and not in a Randy Thomas, shrimp eating contest way).

Guys like these are the glue to championship teams, and they prove that we're turning the corner away from the Deion and Bruce Smith days of yester year. Now once we get our QB situation worked out we'll be just fine.
