lol, i actually did it but pulled an idiot thing, i did his then when i went to do the other guys, i needed to make room on the clipboard so i deleted it without realizing i was deleting it from my post too, if you read my post its there now

I can't upload images from my pc to be my avatar. The files I have tried to upload are 3-4 KB in size. The pictures themselves are below the 200x200 size limit, about half that. I have tried the same files with all of the following file extensions .jpeg, .jpg, .gif and the same thing happens each time.

Here is the process I am using.

1. Selecting the "use custom avatar" button
2. Browsing my computer for image to upload.
3. After selecting the image file I want I see the file in the "upload an avatar from your computer" field.
4. I then hit save changes and the field with my file name goes blank and nothing else happens. Actually I don't get any response until I hit save changes 4 times and then it gives me an Invalid File error message b/c the field is blank.

Am I doing something wrong? I have done this previously without problem.

It might be a number of post limitation.

EDIT: Yep, 50 posts until you can edit the avatar as per the forum guidelines at the top of the Cherokee.
