Ack! I've been missing my hR for almost 2 weeks now!

A crew from the local utility company was working on some power lines near my apartment building, and somehow managed to send a massive power surge through the lines, which fried my computer. (I also lost my tv, dvd player, microwave, cable modem, and digital cable dvr box. About the only things left working were my Christmas lights and electric toothbrush!) Naturally they are taking their sweet time doing anything to correct the situation. I ended up renting a tv last night so I wouldn't miss the game on Sunday!

Anyway, I want to say howdy to everyone, and wish you all a Merry Christmas. Don't know when I'll be back online (which is to say, I don't know when the utility co. will reimburse me for my stuff so I can replace it all).

All kidding aside, take a trip down the the Riverwalk and enjoy the game down there. I spent six weeks down there at Lackland AFB and had a blast!
