I love the caps and treasure my jersey but I frankly have not notices their absense.

As angry as I am about the lockout....I find myself missing the NHL less and less everyday. Greedy players...greedy owners....greedy lawyers. I kind of needed a year off after watching last seasons disaster of a Capitals hockey team. Plus I'm saving 150 bucks not ordering NHL center ice.....

I love the Leafs, but I'm focusing on UNC now and almost don't care if they ever come back. I'm tired of fonancially supporting players/owners that just don't care.

They have got to fix this mess. I love the sport and this year I had actually saved money to get season tix.


For the love of the game...

Get a hard Cap, Restructure salaries to fit the cap and play the game...

While they are at it...Widen the rinks and stop the clutching.

At some point the love of the game has got to prevail.

I went to a bunch of hockey games (Toronto, Philly, NJ) in the 90's and it was about $25-$30. Now ti is around $75!!!???

Baseball also skyrocketed as a poor college student in the 90s MLB was my favorite b/c you could sit in the upper deck of the Vet for $4.
