I read an article in the post where Jansen said he felt like he could have played in our last two games.

Best news I've heard all week...
I can't wait to see how his presence on the right side of the line helps Portis.

Jansen is the bringer of stability and the attacking attitude. He is a Michigan man so he is pure Hog.
I doubt Jevon Kearse would abuse Jansen like he did Ray Brown. Ray Brown had on high heels by the 4th quarter. Kearse had Brown doubting himself and crying.
Jansen chumped Kearse the last time they went head to head and Kearse was still in Tennessee

I read the same. They only thing stopping him was the IR rules.

I saw Jansen roaming the sidelines at the Vikings game and he looked fine, no limp, no spring in the step, no boot on the foot, nothing.
I can't wait to have him back, it will be like getting an extra first round pick for the line :)

Now all we need is a center....

We need our Head DirtBag back healthy and ready to charge. He and Thomas will make the right side very solid.. Samuels (if restructured) and Dockery (if he continues to improve) should make a solid left side.. now where's the Center?

Jon is my favorite current Skin, and his injury was one reason our line struggles this year. Even if the rules would have allowed him back for the last 2 games, I would wrapped my arms around his leg and held on screaming "No we need you for next year" :D

Rock Jansen, is ready and steady. I hope he stays away with being very active with the media though, cause he's not a bad guy and the crap they try to stick on him sometimes, the really need to place it with a player and team it belongs. A lot of those questions last preseason were really dopy.
He handled it with class and grace. Now that's a winner!

This OLine will get a huge lift with Jansen back in the trenches. Our offense will be that much better because of him.
