If anyone got a chance to see the hi-lite of the vikes vs skins on hbo's inside the nfl. It had some really good sound from the minn players like one o-line player said "they are playing at a higher level than us," and mike tice is in the shot and says "ya they are" Tice also had to change some call because it was loud.

Hahaha this is cool, I like to hear that. It's true we were playing at a higher level.

That's cool that they were screwed up by the crowd noise too because our crowd was really loud and pumped up, I was totally impressed.

I was surprized in how loud it got Sunday, being that we had alot of empty seats, and the Skins were out of the playoffs.

We (the fans) did make Minny take a timeout because it was loud, and caused them to false start a couple of times.

I loved that.

That was my initial thought as well Kevin.

With a first round loss, and whole Moss debacle at the end of the Redskins game, he just nailed the last nail in his coffin.

The owner just picked up the option on Tice's contract for another year for a million bucks. And while it is possible that he could still fire him, McCombs;

a- is cheap and is not likely to just eat the money,
b- is trying to sell the team, and having a coach with a year on his contract is favorable for prospective new buyers.

I was surprised that the option was picked up. But I'd be more surprised if Tice is fired.
