Yup...take the Metro to Chinatown/MCI Center.

I believe the arena opens at least an hour or more before gametime.

There are some great restaurants w/in 1-2 blocks if you are interested.

Rosa Mexicana
District Chop House
Gordon Biersch

wolves havent been playing well latley but i cant ever remember a time we beat the wolves in the past 2-3 years.

The two biggest things that will kill the wizards is Lack of an inside game and Awful shot selection.

They let people back into games with some of the worst shots and clock management I have ever seen.

The T-Wolves absolutely destroyed us last month. Beat us by 35 points, if I recall correctly. They're not playing well right now, however. We have no one to guard KG, but neither does anyone else in the NBA. It all depends on Sam Cassell and Latrell Sprewell. If those two punks show up and play well, I don't see how the Bullets can beat them. However, if the two starting guards play like they have most of this season, the Bullets have a decent chance.

If the wizards can make thier outside shots and capitalize on the TOs the create they can beat anyone.

Rashard Lewis killed us last night but because we kept everyone else in check and made our shots we ran them out.

Thats the key to the game because if we don't then it will be a repeat of the last time we faced Minnesota and that was ugly

the problem we have with teams like Minnesota is that they can both play inside the paint and shoot from the outside. Once they start penetrating and we bring the double they can kick it out to an open man on the wing for a wide open 3.

The Wiz look good so far
They lead 33-22 end of the first quarter

I spoke too soon Minn. came back and lead 55-54 at the half.
The wiz were just missing too many shots in the second quarter.
The turnovers were killing them as well.

This is a tight game wiz lead at the end of three 87-86.
I hope they can hang on in the last quarter.

Amen to that...I keep wanting to call them the Bullets. I like that they are winning but I do not like how they are winning. I guess I should shutup and count my blessings but we could be SO MUCH BETTER if Kwame, Haywood, and Thomas when healthy gave us something consistent on the inside.

Right now we are jacking up about one million shots and making most of them but what happens when we play a team that shuts down the running like detroit or San Antonio. We have got to have someone who can get the tough points in the low blocks. A defensive presence down there would be a giant plus.

dude i keep telling you kwame is hurt. Also they do shoot a lot of outside shots but they are not just "jacking up" shots all game. They are getting tons of penetration from thier guards as well. Yes obviously they need more post presense but hey they are winning games and thats all that matters now. They arent going to win the nba championship over night anyway. Just enjoy what we have and have a little patience.

haywood is givin somethin, look for etan to come off the injured list next week, he could provide a big spark for the wizards. etan is exactly like michael ruffin, except for the fact etan is so much stronger, athletic and more of a game changer. I went to the dallas-washington game last year that the wizards won and thomas had an absolutley sick block on josh howard. howard was goin up for the slam and etan totally swatted him. Im getting so excited to see etan playing again.

riskus

I wouldn't compare Etan to Ruffin at all. Etan isnt the offensive liability that Ruffin is. Etan is probably twice the player of Ruffin.

Etan is 10 times better than Ruffin...but i understand what u are gettin at because both play with high energy and do the dirty work...but like i said etan is 10 tens better than Ruffin

Great win last night. As soon as KG even touched the ball for that last shot with like 16 seconds left, I was like, "Damn, we lost." Cuz, I mean, he was hitting that shot all day against us. I was surprised to see him miss that. Great win though! Portland is next. That should be an easy game.

Jefferies was right in his grill too. I think Jared has turned out to be an excellent role player with us. I'd like to see him become a defensive nuisance kind of like Tayshawn Prince is for Detroit. Keep it up JJ!

I kno, etan and ruffin play similar styles, etan is better becasue hes younger and more athletic. I agree hes about 10 times better than ruffin, but I like those types of players that will do the dirty work for you. I cant wait for etan to come back.....ruffin reminds me of popeye jones, both so ugly but do all those little things that a winning basketball team needs.

Ruffin and popeye play similar and are both......umm.....how shall i say, ugly. ruffins got that like huge bone sticking out of his skull on the back of his head. Both were good players tho.
