Not that its a big deal but even Dr. Z gave us some props:
Here are some new names for you ... Garnell Wilds, rookie cornerback who stood up to Moss, defensive ends Ryan Boschetti, Demetric Evans, Ron Warner. No-names, Vikings-killers on Sunday. We'll be hearing more from them, but hopefully not until training camp

First Lenny P, now Dr. Z? The apocolypse is coming. The end is near!!

They're just buttering us up now so that when we kick but next year they can say they've been with us all along.

sorry, but once a snake always a snake. it is one thing to be critical, but some of these guys have flat out ripped us.

Well, how can you not give these guys props. First and foremost, this defense finished number one in the NFL, even being decimated by injuries. Injuries usually collapse units, but these reserves stepped in, played together, carried out the assignment, and did it all effectively. They deserve mention and deserve playing time. These guys are all no names players that stepped in when needed, and we effective.

First and foremost, this defense finished number one in the NFL#1 in the NFC. Still a hell of an accomplishment. Without that defense we're the 49ers.

Dr. Z has been the more typically fair of our most hated columnists, when Pasquarelli and Banks start hyping us up, trust me, they'll hear from me.

I thought that was #1 in the NFC, #3 overall?

Oops, guess I should have read on a little further.

Paul Zimmerman aka Dr. Z, is a member of the HOF voters and I read where he said Monk would not get his vote because he wasn't exciting enough down the field.

Now Dr. Z gets my wrath
Monk was not flashy....he just led the league in receptions is all.....
Maybe Monk should have worn lights on his Jersey
