you just bring up the screen and press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard. Then open MS Word or something like that and paste it in there with "Shift" + "Insert" key at the same time. save the document and email to mtdorsey@verizon.net.

Also, have there been any changes to your computer?

Who is your internet service provider? (Ex. AOL, WebTV, etc...)
Which internet browser are you using? (Ex. Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.)
Which Operating System are you using? (Windows, Linux, etc.)
Were any changes made to your computer recently? If so, what were they.

I just now switched to my Internet Explorer browser and can post just fine with this. I normally use MSN. I have Verizon DSL as my ISP and use Windows XP Home.
I just added a video card to my system last week. A NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4200.

What browser does MSN use? Glad it's working again.

I think they use their own version of IE. It's called MSN Explorer.
