good re-signing. he's solid.
Ohka went 3-7 with a 3.40 ERA in 15 starts in 2004. After dropping his first five starts of the season, in which the Expos scored a total of two runs, Ohka caught fire in May. He went 3-0 with a 1.51 ERA in five starts in the month
Ohka, 28, is 33-44 with a 3.92 ERA in a Major League career that spans six seasons with the Red Sox and Expos. He went 13-8 with a 3.18 ERA for Montreal in 2002.
16-15 with ERA in the low 3's in the last 2 years playing on a struggling team.. good up and coming pitcher.

If he is a young guy those numbers are pretty good (he's growing).
