You guys have to watch tonight. It's a D3 game, and you will not believe the offense grinnell runs. Bring it up, chuck it up. Just about Every time they take the ball up the court they shoot a 3. They just run constantly, and they make subs in shifts. 5 guys in-5 guys out. They have average over 100 ppg for the last 11 season (as long as they have had their coach), and not too long ago some kid dropped 70.

I have to confess that I was at a Grinnell @ Beloit basketball game in 1985. I buddy of mine went to Beloit and I just happened to visit the weekend Grinnell came to town.

(Being in MN right now that wouldn't have been much of a trip, but at the time I was living in New Orleans.)

Just get really good grades, ib, and you can play for them. They don't cut anyone. You might not play, but they keep you on the bench. My dad went there and was the 7th man!! before they put this syetem in unfortunatley.

i heard about the school awhile ago but couldnt remember the team name, and always wanted to watch a game. now i will have the chance. thanks for the heads up, i was wondering whatr teams these were.

It didn't go so well for the boys from Iowa. The threes just didn't drop. And the media blames, well, the media, for the Grinnell loss.

That was a horrible game to watch. It really showed why those guys are division III. I have never so many missed layup or put backs.

Didn't get to see the game last night.

I had to run off some poachers who were trying to shoot some deer on my property.

That was a horrible game to watch. It really showed why those guys are division III. I have never so many missed layup or put backs.

All I can say about that is that........you have never seen me play! :D

I should have also stated that I wouldn't have made the team either. And thats with everyone making it....lol

Not much use for a 5' 7" white boy on basketball teams....:D

it seemed like the whole team was 5'7" white boys, lol. i was watching the game, but it was way to sloppy, so i had to watch the cavaliers-heat game. i just needed more defense

that one dude from beloit, the center, averaged closed to 50ppg in 3 previous games vs grinnel

i wouldnt mind playing for grinnel. although im a 6'0+ white guy, so i dunno if i'd qualify... not to mention the last time i played basketball i had absolutely no shot.
